Simplicity enables raw data to be saved in Excel (CSV) or PDF formats. The data can also be extracted in the form of printed documents. This function collates documents (e.g. invoices, reminder letters) for mass printing and sending. To print a specific document from the software database repeat the following steps:
You need specific user system privileges for this action.
Step Process
1. From the homepage, go to main menu
2. Click Communication
3. Click Documents for Sending
4. In the 'Document Printing' section click Create New
5. For existing urgent documents click the URGENT field.
6. Click Start
7. Click Submit for Printing
