Output Document Administration / OA04
This function enables users to design commonly used signatories to be attached to end of document templates.
Step Process
1. From the homepage, go to menu option.
2. Click Communication
3. Click Output Document Administration
4. Click Document Template Signatory
5. Click Create New
6. Enter Signatory Name.
7. Select Signatory Code. ex.00 - All Business Entities
8. In the Signatory Items page Click Add
9. Fill in all required user sections.
10. Click Update
