License/Contract

Create and manage license/contract records in the system. Set the contract start and end dates, contract term, view deposit and financial history, invoices and outstanding bills in the system.

Pre-requisite

Prior to creating a lease offer, the following set up should have been completed first:

• Create a business partner and customer account
• Set up the spaces and pricing

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to License/Contract module.

2. Navigate to the License/Contract and select License/Contract.
