Customer Relationship Management/ Introduction

The Ticket function permits users to submit a ticket within the system. It denotes a problem raised by the end user with context which will notify the corresponding user for a solution.

 

Submit tickets in the system. 

 

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Tenancy module.

2. Navigate to the GTO and select GTO Submission.

 

Guide

1. Click Create New button and select the lease for termination.
