Customer Relationship Management/ Introduction

Function permitting users to setup and manage brand names owned by a customer. It can be used as information in contracts, e.g. tenancy. It can also be beneficial during performance analysis. 

Requirements

  1. Existing Business Entity.
  2. Existing Customer Account.

Step Process

  1. From the homepage, go to module menu option.
  2. Select "Customer Relationship  > Brand"
  3. Choose from existing enquiries or click "Create New".
  4. Choose Brand Name.
  5. Click "Save".

Notes

  1. The system allows for data extraction in Adobe PDF/Excel CSV or Word Docx format.
