Lease Take Over

Allow take over of existing lease in the system including any remaining fixed term period and any rent payable due on the lease.

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Tenancy module.

2. Navigate to the Lease and select Lease Take Over.

Guide

1. Click the Create New button and select the lease to be taken over.

2. Input the Take Over contact details:

• Name
• Designation
• Number
• Email

3. Fill up Take Over Information:

• Take Over Date
• Termination Date

4. Submit for Action once done.
