Leasable Space Merge

Merge existing spaces into one space in the system. Define the space name and type, business entity, cost centre, NLA details and space price for the merged space.

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Tenancy module.

2. Navigate to the Lease Space and select Lease Space Merge.

Guide

1. Click Create New button.

2. Select the Site/Building to be modified. 

3. Select the new Effective Start Date.

4. Add the spaces to be merged. The current space settings will automatically be shown.

5. Define the new Space Name.

6. Indicate whether the Business Entity is the same as parent location. If not, select the Business Entity and Cost Centre from the list.

7. Populate the Merge Details:

• Select the Space Type and Space Design Type
• Indicate whether Provisional unit or not
• Set the NLA sqm and NLA type
• Set the Asking Rental and Measure Type, Minimum Rental and Measure Type

8. Make sure the new NLA sqm equates to the total NLA sqm of the spaces merged. 

9. Once done, click Submit for Approval.
