-Leasable Space Reconfiguration

Make changes in the system to initial space setup. Modify the space type and design type, NLA sqm and type and NLV.

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Tenancy module.

2. Navigate to the Lease Space and select Lease Space Pricing Update.

Guide

1. Click Create New button.

2. Select the Site/Building and Space to be modified. The current settings will automatically be shown under the Previous Setting section.

3. Select the Effective Start Date of the reconfiguration.

4. Input the Reason for Modification.

5. Select the New Settings.

• New Space Type
• New Space Design Type
• New NLA sqm
• New NLA type
• NLV

6. Once done, click Submit for Approval.
