Bank Account

Set up bank accounts used by the business in the system. Assign different bank accounts per business entity, cost centre and activity.





1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.

2. Navigate to the Bank Management and Bank Account.




1. Click the Create New button.

2. Input the following bank details:

  • Bank account number
  • Display name
  • Bank account name
  • Bank
  • Bank Branch
  • Country
  • City
  • Intermediary bank

3. Set up the accounting details:

  • Business entity
  • Cash natural account
  • Cost centre
  • Activity

4. Once done, click the Save and Close button.
