RCCS Setting

Configure the recurring payment settings for your customers. This involves defining payment modes accepted, company bank account and bank formats to be transmitted to the merchant and any global rates to facilitate deductions from customer accounts.




1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.

2. Navigate to the RCCS and RCCS Setting.




1. Click the Create New button.

2. Select the Business Entity and Bank Format.

3. Set up the deduction file settings:

  • Max record to reconcile each time
  • Time bound to start and stop reconciling
  • File name format
  • Bank defined marchant number

4. Set up the payment details:

  • Payment mode
  • Company bank account
  • Global rates

5. Once done, click the Save button.
