Mass Invoice/Credit Note

Generate multiple invoices and credit notes via mass upload in the system. This involves setting the invoice/credit notes details and adding invoice/credit notes items including charge type, description and amounts.




1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.

2. Navigate to the Accounts Receivable and Mass Invoice/Credit Note.




1. Click the Create New button.

2. Select the Business Entity from the list and set the Posting Date.

3. Set the Invoice/Credit Note details:

  • Invoice/Credit Note Type
  • Invoice/Credit Note Description
  • Remarks

4. Click the Download Excel Template File button to download the template.

5. Populate the template:

  • Customer Account Number
  • Item Type
  • Charge Type Name
  • Description
  • GL Account
  • Item Type:
    • I - Invoice Item
    • C - Credit Note Item
  • Unit Price
  • Quantity
  • Amount

6. Once done populating, click the Upload Excel File button.

7. Review the details, once okay click the Submit for Approval button.
