Facilitate billing and invoice generation for work orders or expenses spent on behalf of the customer. This involves manual generation of invoice to be charged to the customer account.




1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.

2. Navigate to the Accounts Receivable and Recoverable.




1. Identify items and charges for recovery.

2. Select the item by ticking the tick box on the left then click the Generate Invoice(s) to Customer.

3. Set up the Invoice:

  • Payment Term
  • Invoice Type
  • Description

4. Once done, click the Confirm button.
