Facilitate action for customer accounts with credit balances in the system. This involves the Operations team to generate a refund voucher to be routed for approval.
Navigation
1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.
2. Navigate to the Accounts Receivable and Deposit Listing for Operations.
Guide
1. Filter the charges by searching the Business Entity in the search bar.
2. Select the item by ticking the tick box on the left then click the Customer Refund Voucher.
3. Review the Customer Refund Voucher:

- Date
- Refund Items
- Payment Mode
4. Once done, click the Submit for Approval button.
