LPT Lease Partial Termination

Do partial termination of existing lease in the system due to lease expiry, pre-termination, lease assignment, relocation, non-payment, etc.

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Tenancy module.

2. Navigate to the Lease Variation and select Lease Partial Termination.

Guide

1. Click Create New button and select the lease for termination.

2. Select Type of Termination from the dropdown.

3. Input Reason for Termination and other Comment. 

4. Submit for Approval once done.
