LALease Assignment

Make modifications to the system by changing the customer through creation of a new lease with security deposit and rental adjustment impacts.

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Tenancy module.

2. Navigate to the Lease Variation and select Lease Novation (New Lease ID).

Creating Lease Novation - New Lease

Lease novation through creation of a new lease allows for the new customer to have a new lease ID and new lease setup.

1. Click the Create New button and search the previous lease. Once the lease is selected, the system will show the previous customer associated with the lease.

2. Select the new customer for the lease novation.

3. Input the assignment date and modification reason.

4. Tick whether the novation has early termination/exit clause.

5. Update Security Deposit component and input the Reason.

6. Lastly, add additional one time charges if any.

7. Submit for approval when done.
