Navigation
1. From the homepage, go to Arrears Management module.
2. Navigate to the Late Payment Charge Waiver.
Guide
1. Click the Create New button.
2. Select the Business Entity and Customer Account.
3. Input the Reason for waiver.
4. Waive items by clicking the Add button and select the items from the list.
5. Once done, click the Submit for Approval.
Notes:
- Users can apply filters to search outstanding unpaid late charges, or historical paid late charges to waive. Multiple charges can also be selected.
- 1 Waiver Request only applied to 1 Customer Account (Contract). After approval, each request will be link to a Credit Note record (1 Credit Note per Customer Account)
- Once approved, System will generate a Credit Note (matching) to waive the selected late charge item/s.
