Fixed Asset Settings

Configure fixed asset information in the system. Set up the fixed asset type, default useful life and default depreciation method for each of the assets.

Navigation

1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.

2. Navigate to the Fixed Asset and select Fixed Asset Settings.

Guide

1. Click the Add button.

2. Input the following:

• Fixed Asset Name
• Tangible/Intangible
• Default useful life (months)
• Default depreciation method (straightline or none)

3. Once done, click the Save button.
