Waive billed charges to a customer account before the next invoice generation in the system.
Navigation
1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.
2. Navigate to the Accounts Receivable and AR Charge Waiver.
Guide
1. Click the Create New button.
2. Select the Business Entity and Customer Account from the list.
3. Input the Reason for Waiver.
4. Add the Waive Items by clicking the Add button and searching through the list.
5. Once done, click the Submit for Approval button.
Note: Upon approval, waive charges will be dropped into Unbilled Charges Listing.
