Accounts In Credit

Facilitate action for customer accounts with credit balances in the system. This involves generating a refund voucher or a transfer credit voucher to be routed for approval.




1. From the homepage, go to Finance module.

2. Navigate to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts in Credit.




1. Filter the charges by searching the Business Entity in the search bar.

2. Review the items in credit by clicking the Eye button:

  • Document Number
  • Charge Type
  • Description
  • Amount

3. Depending on customer request, click the applicable button:

a. Refund

  • Click the Refund button or select multiple items by ticking the tick box on the left then click the Mass Refund Submission for Approval.
  • Review the Customer Refund Voucher:
    • Date
    • Refund Items
    • Payment Mode
  • Once done, click the Submit for Approval button.

b. Credit Transfer

  • Click the Credit Transfer button.
  • Populate the Transfer of Credit Voucher:
    • Date
    • From Account No.
    • Available Credit(s)
    • To Account No. - search from the list by clicking the Search button
  • Once done, click the Submit for Approval button.
