Scheduled Report (DR03)

Application Configuration / DR03 

The Dashboard/Report Builder allows users to design dashboard charts, reports (Spreadsheet™ or based on RDL/ Crystal Reports templates) and to schedule delivery of specific reports according to a preset schedule.

Step Process

1. From the homepage, go to menu option
2. Select "Admin"
3. Select "Dashboard/ Report Builder"
4. Select "Scheduled Report"
5.  Click "Create New"
6. Enter Report Name.
7. Enter Report Category.
8. Enter Category Name.
9. Choose from existing reports to be scheduled.
10. Proceed with the rest of the required fields in the other tabs.

11. Navigate to preview tab and you can preview the report defined.

NOTE: All previously generated reports are visible in the report database.
