User Administration / UA06

A
User represent a user account within the system.  Every user of Simplicity® applications will be given a User account. This function enables the administrator to generate a new user for the system and provide it with various modification rights.

 

Step Process

1. From the homepage, go to menu option

2. Click "Admin"

3. Click "User Administration"

4. Click "OUserDesignation"

5. Click "Create New"

6. Enter User Designation Code.

7. Enter User Designation Name.

9. Enter user's Department. ex."Finance" and include a brief description.

10. Click "Add Positions" and choose from the available list of postions.

11. Click "Add Roles"

12. Select the relevant role from the list of available roles. 

13. Click "Save and Close"
