Simplicity software provides a range of user categories that are able to interact with the software to manage assets efficiently. We recommend the provision of access to be split up as follows:

  1. Maintenance and Operations

Maintenance staff can have a limited view for maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, and tracking inventory. This includes access to the property's maintenance history, including work orders, repair costs, and warranties.

  1. Engineering and Design
  2. Finance and Accounting
    Accountants will have full visibility of the property, such as rent collection, expenses, and taxes.
